An all girl indie rock band based out of Columbus Ohio, signed to Adamant Records (LA) with grooves that will make you dance and remind you of Metric, but really Emily Haines on 10 cups of coffee and with an all girl band of an average age of 23. Having met in high school and at a recording studio, the girls have managed to avoid the typical traps of adolescents (think Runaways) and got signed to a record label, and toured with success to Toronto recently and this will be their first visit to Vancouver. http://www.myspace.com/vanitytheft

GUILTY ABOUT GIRLS is a Vancouver based electronic duo comprised of former members of Pure and have a new single, "Candy Candy." If you don`t know what a hit pop song is, then listen it. Already "Candy Candy." is getting airplay on the Peak and across Canada, darting across charts. The song is infectious, New Orderesque guitars, using hot slang words that anyone working outside of the sex industry shouldnt use.
